I have openssh install on windows 2003 server and it works for almost a year. All of sudden, it stopped working and got the following error from opensshd.log

Here is the error:
C:\Program Files\OpenSSH\usr\sbin\sshd.exe (4804): *** couldn't create window, Win32 error 0

Can anyone helep?
