To lead our strategic growth, we are needing a Manager/Director for our Business Integration and Enterprise Security team.
Your creative, technical as well as management skills are needed to provide solutions to clients in a variety of industries. Your toolset should include:
• Minimum of 8-10 years solid experience developing and implementing complex enterprise class infrastructure integration and/or security solutions.
• 5+ years experience working with various IBM-based technologies including WebSphere (Portal), Java, J2EE, Tivoli.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience leading enterprise class architecture initiatives including the ability to motivate technical teams.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex workflow and processes, and develop innovative approaches.
