Security knowledge it's not always about training and certification. I've met a lot of guys who work as security admins, i found them not more than system admins with a little of security basics knowledge. To get into security you should search and train by yourself, build labs, get books, visit forums, be a true security admin. It's not easy to keep up with every thing.
