FrSIRT seeks security researchers and exploit writers to work from our Montpellier, FRANCE, offices. We will offer a relocation package and assist you in getting a French work permit. Position Details ---------------- The researcher will work on a team of highly motivated reverse engineers and security analysts and will be responsible for quickly disassembling and locating vulnerabilities in binary patches and closed source applications to produce PoC (proof-of-ceoncept) and fully-functional exploit codes. Candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, and must recognize and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. |
| Job Requirements: |
Required Knowledge and Skills ------------------------------ - Relevant experience in vulnerability research or reverse engineering of applications, patches, or malware - Relevant experience in reading and debugging assembly - Relevant experience with OllyDbg or WinDbg, IDA Pro, SoftICE, BinDiff, eEye Binary Diffing Suite, WinDasm, or similar disassembler - In-depth knowledge of the inner-workings of operating systems in general and MS Windows specifically - In-depth knowledge of advanced programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Perl, or Python) |
